Etihad Airways have announced that as of 3 July 2017, they will be cutting back on their free chauffeur drive service for Premium travellers.
The cuts will affect all Business and First class passengers in every city other than Etihad's hub city of Abu Dhabi. Those travelling on Etihad's A380 Residence Suites will not be affected by the changes and will still receive these services complimentary.
Business and first class passengers will now need to pay for the service through Etihad's 'negotiated rates' with local providers in different cities.
Etihad have announced that tickets issued prior to 3 July won't be affected by these changes and will therefore still receive these complimentary services (where applicable).
