Qantas has unveiled the first of its refurbished A380 planes, following a multimillion-dollar fleet upgrade.
The much-loved “double-decker” A380 aircraft features an all-premium upper deck and an expanded onboard lounge for up to ten Business and First Class passengers.
The new Qantas Business Suite has also been introduced, replacing the previous Skybeds with a 1:2:1 configuration that offers aisle access to all premium passengers.
Economy travellers will enjoy a new and improved inflight entertainment system, and a softer colour palette has been introduced throughout.
From March 2020, you’ll be able to fly direct from Melbourne to Busselton Margaret River: Western Australia’s food and wine capital.
The thrice-weekly service, operated by Jetstar, will fly out of Tullamarine, saving hungry foodies the additional 3-hour drive from Perth.
Standard fares range from $199 to $285 each way, but Platinum can access one-way fares for as little as $89 to pair with some fabulous local food and wine tours, of course.
Until March 1, 2020, Etihad is offering passengers a free two-night stopover in Abu Dhabi on your way to or from your final destination.
All you need to do to take advantage of this offer is book a multi-sector Etihad flight with Platinum for travel until 31 July, 2020; then choose your preferred hotel from the 14 options on offer. Your Etihad boarding pass also unlocks some incredible local deals to enjoy on your stopover, including discounted entry to Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World and Ferrari World, and 15% off the Hala Morning Desert Experience.
Customers travelling outside of the promotional dates are invited to contact Platinum for additional stopover options.
