Kobo Aura H2O is a lightweight, waterproof e-Reader that can withstand up to 60 minutes in up to 2 metres of water. Using HZO Protection technology, you'll never have to worry if you accidentally drop the Aura H20 in the bath, in the pool or if it gets splashed by water at the beach.
Using smart backlight technology, this nifty little device automatically changes the screen from blue light (which can affect sleep quality), to a warmer orange light as the sun is setting. For those taking it on long haul flights, you can manually adjust this setting and turn the orange light on at any time. The Aura H2O also comes with Anti-Glare HD ink which means you can even read it in direct sunlight.
Its slim design means you can hold onto it in one hand (perfect for when you're on the go) while its textured back makes it easy to keep a firm grip. For those wondering how much room it'll take in their luggage, the Aura H2O weights in at 210 grams.
Its text is easy to read and you can adjust its font size, font type and line spacing to suit your eyes.
The Aura H2O comes with 8GB of storage (around 6,000 ebooks) and supports formats such as EPUB, PFD, TXT, TIFF and more. It also allows you to save web pages to view offline when you don't have access to Wi-Fi.
Its battery life depends on how much you read in a day but its standard micro USB connector means that most cables will be compatible with it.
Overall, Kobo's Aura H2O is perfect for travellers on the go wanting to read in a range of different locations and conditions.
