To kick-start Platinum’s 10th-anniversary celebrations, we’ve spent the first part of 2019 revisiting one of Platinum's core company values: Reflect. Refine. Reinvent. Repeat.

See, we’ve grown up a lot over the past decade, but while our core business model and commitment to customer service haven’t changed, our team and focus have. With a rapidly growing staff and presence around Australia and New Zealand, Platinum had to stand for something bigger: something that represented all team members’ values, and all team members’ priorities.

Over the last two years, Platinum's headquarters have been reestablished in a warm, expansive new space in Melbourne's East, with three new branches opening in regional Victoria and W.A. We've created open, collaborative spaces that give staff, clients and partners the time and space to work together more creatively, and we've introduced green systems and company-wide protocol in pursuit of our zero-waste initiative. We've also transformed the way we run and think about staff training, work/life balance, and career development.

As with everything ‘Platinum,’ these initiatives come off the back of many hours of internal team building, consulting and brainstorming, but are also a reflection of the companies we work with. Our clients and travel partners are not only leaders in their respective fields; they’re also leaders in sustainable business and travel, health and wellness in the workplace and ethical investing. Our shared values and attitudes have helped Platinum define and evolve into the company we are today, and we hope this video (with your first glimpse of our shiny new logo!) gives you a sense of what we really have - and hope - to offer.
