Quinary Bar in Hong Kong is for travellers that are looking for a multi-sensory experience at a bar that has made a splash in the cocktail world since its opening in 2012. Quinary has been in the Top 50 Bars of the World List four times and for good reason. Its founder, renowned bartender Antonio Lai delivers on the bar's namesake Quinary meaning 'a numeral system with five at its base' by exploring and triggering all five senses at this highly creative bar.
A real gem in the mixology world, Quinary's bartenders take pride in pairing unusual flavours to create cocktails that look like they've come straight out of Willy Wonka's factory or a mad scientist's lab. Each cocktail is a sight to behold with its beautiful visuals that are presented in an artful and imaginative way that are more reminiscent of high end dishes rather than cocktails. Quinary offers small snacks but again the real star of the show is in its cocktail offering.
The interior of Quinary itself is sleek, simple and contemporary in its design and the bar extends to showcase Quinary's lab equipment that includes a rotary evaporator and redistilling equipment for their own flavoured spirits.
Quinary is open Monday - Sunday from 5pm - 1am and is closed on Sundays. Quinary accept bookings of up to 4 people before 10:30pm Monday - Thursday and then operate as a first come first served table service at all other times.
